I have been involved in fitness my whole life. My first love was basketball and I played regularly during my teens, but it wasn’t until I was 21 that I started lifting weights. I immersed myself in the world of strength and conditioning and eventually realized that I could turn my passion into a career by coaching others. Since completing my degree in Business Marketing in 2005, I have continued to learn and develop my skills as a fitness trainer and coach. Training others has brought me great joy, I love watching my clients change and develop before my very eyes. I have competed in both bodybuilding (2007) and physique shows (2014) as well as several running events in the Bay area including the Giants race, San Francisco marathon, Bay to Breakers, and Men’s Health Urbanatholon. In 2015 I will be taking part in the Tough Mudder and Spartan races.
